NEW OPERATING PROCEDURES

*Guests travelling from areas in Tier 2 (high alert) are only permitted to meet with guests from the same household indoors and are not able to gather/mix with members from different households. We will be strictly adhering to this rule with all of our guests*

We have introduced new measures and procedures to keep our staff and guests safe.  Our housekeeping and hygiene procedures have always been of a high standard but we have reviewed these in line with the new guidance to keep you safe whilst still providing our warm, friendly and homely service.

To comply with the government guidelines and safety measures, we are amending some of our services as follows;

Cooked breakfast is served each morning, and on arrival our team will book in you for your preferred time and tables are allocated for 45 minutes
Breakfast will be served Monday - Friday from 7.30-9.30am and Saturday - Sunday from 8.00-10.00am
We will no longer be serving a continental buffet breakfast  
Dinner is served Tuesday - Saturday from 6.00 - 8.00pm (closed Sunday & Monday) and booking in advance is advised due to limited capacity
Light lunches and afternoon teas served Wednesday - Sunday (lunch from 12.00 - 2.00pm and afternoon teas 12.00 - 4.00pm)
Our bar will be open seven days as week and will be table service only (last orders are now 9.30pm and guests kindly asked to vacate the bar/lounges by 10pm)
Guests will be asked to use hand sanitizer on entry and exit of the hotel
Social distancing must be adhered to at all times
Cashless payments are preferred
Pre-booking for all services is highly recommended to help us with demand and to avoid disappointment
Table bookings both indoors and outdoors will be limited to a maximum of 6 guests
No daily servicing of bedrooms will take place but fresh towels and amenities can be provided upon request

Last orders for bar drinks is now 9.30pm and guests are kindly required to vacate the bar/lounge by 10pm prompt.

Our swimming pool has re-opened to hotel residents again and we are operating a booking system with allocated time slots.  Booking in advance is advised to avoid disappointment.

Our spa is back open for treatments from Tuesday - Saturday.
