Covid-19 Policy

We wish to re-assure you that the safety of our staff and guests is our priority and we are taking extras measures and precautions on how we will operate going forward. Please familiarise yourself with the following details;

The Hotel

All public areas have been reconfigured to allow for social distancing
Hand sanitising stations are available throughout the hotel
Extra cleaning schedules in place using the recommended cleaning solutions
Our spa and pool are re-open with social distancing procedures in place
No daily servicing of bedrooms will take place but fresh towels & amenities can be requested

Our Staff

Our team will be temperature screened on arrival for their shift
We have been trained on our new safe operating procedures
Teams will be wearing appropriate PPE when required
Staff will be washing their hands at regular intervals

Our Guests

Face coverings are to be worn in all communal indoor areas
We would prefer cashless payments where possible
Bedroom keys are all sanitised prior to use
Pre-arrival letter will be e-mailed asking that you pre-book dinner in advance.
Minimum touch check in and check out

Food and Beverage

We kindly ask you to pre-book dinner in advance to avoid disappointment
Last orders are 9.30pm for drinks and guests kindly asked to vacate the restaurant/bar by 10pm prompt.
On arrival our team will ask you to book a time for breakfast and tables will be allocated for 45 minutes
Our restaurant, bar and lounge capacities have been adjusted to comply with social distancing
Table service only available
Single use menus will be used
Maximum booking of six guests both indoors and outdoors
Contact details to be provided for each guest which will be stored for 21 days to comply with the
government track and trace system
Some days we may have to adjust our menus and/or service times due to supply and demand
