We have 40 individually designed bedrooms as well as a separate bungalow - 'Mulberry' - consisting of one double room, one twin room, a bath & walk in shower, and a large sitting room. 'Mulberry' is especially suitable for disabled or family use.

Bed & Breakfast Tariff

All prices are per room, per night and include full breakfast, service and VAT at 20%

SINGLE ROOM with bath and shower £87.00
TWIN or DOUBLE with bath and shower £123.00
FAMILY SUITE with bath and shower £167.00
We also have some SMALL SINGLES with shower at£77.00
MULBERRY COTTAGE has a 15% premium on the above prices
(i.e. £100.00, £141.50, £192.00 respectively)

Children on Bed & Breakfast terms, children under 12, if sharing with 2 adults in a double room, are charged £2.00 for each year of their life (e.g. £12.00 for a 6 year old)
Early evening meals are available from 5.30pm but please give us time to cook whatever little Joe or Jo orders!

Charges are subject to alteration.
We reserve the right to charge at two-thirds of the booked rate, for non re-lettable cancellations.

ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING, SMOKING IN ROOMS WILL INCUR A £50 CLEANING SURCHARGE
